Spiritual Essence

Discover the role of your spiritual essence. The power of knowing yourself is the ability to accept all feelings and opinions without denying any emotion or thought. So be true to life by being true to your inner purpose so you may come to know yourself in an intimate way. Be your own best friend.

For me it is about, developing a practice of introspection and work to become conscious of what you believe and why. By keeping an open mind and learn to become aware when your mind is "shutting down". This leads a path way to practice detachment and work toward releasing any thoughts that promote self pity and anger. Refrain from all judgments and learn from our mistakes with wisdom and a sense of humor. We work best at play.

For all of life exists as a tool of your own creation and all its events/moments merely presents themselves as opportunities for you to decide and be who you are. Accept responsibility for co-creating our lives and our health. Honor our deepest emotions and nourish ourselves adequately. Seek then to create change not because a thing is wrong, but because it no longer makes an accurate statement of who you are.

Acceptance in your own existence

Happiness is a decision.

Open your mind. Open your imagination. Keep your curiosity. Be open to what will happen. You choose to learn by choice.  It is our birthright – to live fully to live joyfully. We are born to be Happy. Your Happiness is up to You

Happiness is what is inside all of us – we can touch into that anytime. What we think and feel is not set in stone. We cannot control the outcome of a situation when another person is involved.  Learn from your mistakes with wisdom and a sense of humor. Every choice we make is motivated by either faith or fear.  

Start your day with positive thoughts. Find Happiness in ourselves then share that love with others.   Celebrate the small gifts you receive today- My efforts is for the highest.  Being optimistic and motivated can be very contagious. It brings me a sense of hope and infinite possibilities. I can look ahead with a new set of eyes – everyday is a new day. A new beginning. When I am at my highest, I am motivated to be more.
Find the humor and laughter in your life. Laughter helps us to stand back and see ourselves more objectively. Laughter helps us relax. We must become the things we like to experience. Life is how you make it. How far are you willing to go for it?

Power of Hope

We could all do with a bit of cheering up every now and then, So give them a gift that is worth more than money --Smiling – What a wonderful word and what a wonderful action to take.

Did you know that Smiling helps the immune system to work better and smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, overwhelmed, stress, and catching colds because your body is immediately releases endorphins when you smile – you are more relaxed which contributes to good health.

We look at how a simple facial expression could help lighten your mood and uplift your spirits. When you smile more, you will carry a poise that will draw people to you. People will look forward to being around you, knowing only that they feel great around you. A smile is an expression of happiness and joy in you. Smiling helps you stay positive. A smile can break the language barrier. Smiling is known all around the world and in all cultures. It is heart warming and has the power to cheer up others instantly. You can brighten up someone’s day.

Try this test and see for yourself:  Smile, Now try to think of something negative without loosing the smile. It is hard. When we smile, our body is sending the rest of us a message that “life is good”. Smiling does not merely signal what one feels but actually contributes to that feeling. If we smile even when we do not feel like it, our mood will change. Like an upward spiral, a smile will boost/invigorate the happiness you feel.

A smile is so welcoming and will make people feel more at ease. We are drawn to people who smile. Smiles make us seem more attractive, sociable and confident. Smiles make us feel happier. It is not a cure all for every situation, but in terms of getting us past a small does of the blues; it can help to lift the sense of sadness being experienced. We all like and want to be around happy and cheerful people, right?

All the research in the world cannot define the warmth of a smile. With  smiles, your days will become lighter, more joyous and more bearable even on those hay wired days. A smile is so simple yet so powerful. It takes but a moment but the memory of it lasts forever. It does not cost us anything.

Think of it this way it is a small gift you are giving. The world always looks beautiful when you are smiling. Smiling is at the root of who we are as human beings. We were born to be happy, and you can show this happiness with that beautiful smile of yours.

Discernment is Empowerment

Personal power lies in our thoughts and attitudes. Every thought I think is creating my future. Remember that my perception of the world is a reflection of my state of consciousness. I am not separate from it.

 I have to know what I want out of life, before I can make the choices necessary to honor them.
Another way of looking at, you may ask yourself: Is there joy, ease and lightness in what I am doing?  Give your fullest attention to whatever you are doing - to whatever the moment presents itself. As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve. There is a sense of quality, care, and love even in the most simple of actions.

Every choice we make, motivated by either faith or fear, direct our spirit. Every thought that crosses our minds, every belief we nurture, every memory in which we cling translates into a positive or negative force.

Work for a better life.  To achieve happiness, know yourself. To know yourself is to know your body, your mind, and your spirit. Use your strength to overcome your weaknesses and know that both are necessary in your evolution.

Understanding yourself -

Many people are seeking ways to develop their spiritual nature. Many of us are attempting through growth and development workshops, therapy sessions, and personal experiences teach us to deepen our relationship with our true self; To know yourself.

Who Am I?

Your sense of who you are determines what you perceive as your needs and what matters to you in life. What matters to you is not necessarily what you do but what your actions and reactions reveal as important to you.

Where is your mind thought?

A smile is so simple yet so powerful. It takes but a moment but the memory of it lasts forever. It does not cost us anything. All the research in the world cannot define the warmth of a smile. With smiles, your days will become lighter, more joyous and more bearable even on those hay wired days.

Think of it this way it is a small gift you are giving. A smile will help you help others feel this way.

Because your happiness, your joy is contagious. The Happiness and joy you feel that is what is inside and not outside us. Happiness is what is inside of all of us and we can touch into that anytime.  It is our birthright  to live fully, and to live joyfully. We are born to be Happy. Your Happiness is up to You.

Whatever you do, do everything with love and truth. Be Sincere from your heart with your actions and words.
