Participation

Think about what it means to be in the Here and Now.

For me, in this precise moment where you are physically and actively participating rather than where your mind allows you to be.  Every minute you are doing something is a time for experience, for choices and reflection. You live this experience, you choose what is best for you and the result of the choices you make will be reflected in the future.  You cannot do it wrong, just your way of doing things. There are no absolutes.

Life is made up of experiences. How many experiences have you missed because you feared erring? What matters is not whether you make mistakes. What matters is how you react to those mistakes, what you learn from them and how much you evolve from the mistake you have made. The real culprit is inaction.

When we are doing, then we are connecting to the world and being in the present moment. WE are taking a step of action that feels good to us. It is not important about the outcome of the step; it is that you are taking a step toward a direction. Free yourself from the mind dominance. Become present. Be in the now. Focus on the moment. As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve.

A thought for the day:

Enlightenment is rising above thought.  Self Mastery is about being able to know those things, which undermine your sense of participation.
